Join the first Blue Economy Business and Science Forum – Hamburg Summit on 12 and 13 September, 2016 where leaders and professionals passionate about the Blue Economy will examine opportunities and barriers to innovation while celebrating scientific and industrial achievements.
Applications for the ‘DSM Innovation Award in Aquaculture’, an award that honors transformative innovation within the aquaculture industry, were received from across the world and evaluated by a jury of specialists. Enviroflight won the award for developing proprietary technologies that enable the rearing of non-pathogenic black soldier fly larvae in an industrially scalable manner.
The AquaSG’16 conference is scheduled to take place from October 19-21, 2016 in Singapore. This conference is organized by the Asian Aquaculture Network (AAN), with support from Institute of Aquaculture Singapore and Temasek Polytechnic.
TARS 2016 provides a neutral platform for key stakeholders to convene and exchange insights and experiences as to how Asia, as a unified group, can reconcile to increase its sphere of control in disease mitigation. This year’s two-day meeting will feature state-of-the science plenary sessions with 16 presentations by local and international speakers, and three interactive breakout sessions.
