Aquaculture will be on the center stage at the next edition of the international Feed to Food exhibition VIV Asia, taking place in Bangkok, Thailand on March 15-17. The special event called ‘Aquatic’ features a pre-show conference, several show-time seminars and a pavilion of exhibitors at VIV Asia whose primary purpose is to reach out with products or services for the aquaculture sector. “At the 2017 edition we are responding to our surveys and feedback showing that aquaculture is highly relevant to VIV Asia’s audience. In 2015 we received about 38,500 visitors and over 19% of them reported an interest in the production of fish or shrimp.”
AFIA’s 2017 Purchasing & Ingredient Suppliers Conference will take place March 7-9, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress hotel in Orlando, Florida. More than 550 buyers and sellers of feed and pet food ingredients are expected to gather at the three-day annual event. Register before Jan. 17, 2017, to receive the early-bird rate.
The fourth workshop in a series of Aquamimicry Sustainable Shrimp Workshops will take place January 9-13, 2017 in Bangkok, Hua Hin. At this workshop, organizers will be presenting Aquamimicry Indoor, a supeintensive shrimp farming under greenhouse condition developed by Glen Cho from Aquamimicry Korea.
