Asian Pacific Aquaculture 2009 - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Asian Pacific Aquaculture 2009 is the annual conference and trade show for the Asian Pacific Chapter of the World Aquaculture Society. It is co-organised with the Malaysian Fisheries Society and hosted by the Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Agro Based Industries. It will have a commercial exhibit, full conference program and tours of the local aquaculture industry.
Sessions and workshops will cover all aspects of aquaculture in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region as well as the rest of the world. In particular it will address sustainable aquaculture, marketing, food safety and certification, as well as the culture of marine shrimp, tilapia, marine finfish, mollusks and other species.
