ILDEX INDIA-2009 (Aquaculture) announced
The next ILDEX INDIA-2009 (Aquaculture) trade show for the aquaculture and fisheries sectors will be held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India from July 2-4, 2009.
India is rightly called the land of opportunities with its vast aquaculture resources providing livelihood to 14 million people. The aquaculture sector contributes approximately 1.1 percent of India’s GDP and 5.3% of agriculture GDP.
Marine product exports have grown at CAGR of 7.3% in volume terms and 5% in Value terms. Aquaculture sector offers a huge potential and is expected to grow at the rate of 8%annually.
As well as being the a world class B-2-B show and providing substantial business opportunities, the event also comprises technical seminars, corporate presentations, an international meet and match session, students program and a beautiful cultural evening.
