The first workshop AquaSpeech, conversations to have will take place next Tuesday, September 12, in person at the Enjoy Hotel in Puerto Varas, Chile, and online. The event will bring together feed companies and additives, micro-ingredients, proteins, enzymes and other feed suppliers.

Veramaris, Nuseed, Greenvolution, Nuproxa, Aker Biomarine, HP Ingredients, Symrise and Kaura will present recent trials and results. Esteban Ramírez, manager of Intesal, SalmonChile, will open the event giving a context of the challenges that the industry has in relation to the search for sustainable, available, competitive and functional ingredients that support its future growth. The event is sponsored by Salmofood that is interested in promoting this type of conversation about sustainable ingredients.

As explained by the organizers, there are only a few places left for in-person participation. “We are very happy with the result of the call and the talks that we have managed to bring together in one place. It is a good opportunity to stay up to date and receive updated information. All participating companies are recognized for constantly innovating and presenting new alternatives and we believe that that is why there is so much interest in knowing first-hand what they are doing, what results they have obtained and what developments they are working on,” explained Paula Carvajal, one of the organizers of the workshop.
