Optimizing fish feed efficiency

Scientists and industry have joined forces to improve feed for commercial fish farming in order to improve protein digestibility. The aim is to reduce the impact on the aquatic environment, improve fish growth, and save the industry DKK 50 million (USD 7.6 million) per year.
