Rainbow trout tolerate high levels of lupine

Even though lupine seeds are rich in proteins, their use in fish feed has been limited partly because of the bitter taste and lack of knowledge about how high levels of lupine the fish tolerate. These challenges have been dealt with in a new doctoral thesis at the Aquaculture Protein Centre in Norway
