Fan Tianming, president of Muyang Group, welcomed local government leaders, customers, partners, suppliers and friends from the industry, community and media to an open day and ceremony to mark the official opening of its new feed machinery manufacturing base on April 18, 2013.
Construction was started by Muyang’s own Steel Structure Building Unit in April 2012, on an area of 33.3ha in close proximity to the current location. Apart from internal / external decoration and equipment debugging, the main project was basically completed at the end of 2012.
Packed with the most advanced equipment and technologies available, Muyang said the complex once put into operation will be the most modern feed machinery manufacturing workshops in the world. It will help to reduce cost, increase manufacturing accuracy, and shorten time for delivery by standardizing production flow and synchronizing all services from customer order intake to delivery.
Preparation for moving to the new site has been underway: employees and suppliers have been familiarized with new regulations, standards and operations related to the new production system. Production plans have been processed ahead of time in order to ensure products’ availability and on-time delivery before June.
