Current annual production is estimated at 160,000 MT, which is just 3-4 per cent of the country’s total fish and seafood production. Lack of government support, outdated equipment and production technologies, as well as a deficit in feed, are major constraints to further development of the sector.

Nutreco and African Century Foods join forces in Zambia
